Maximum use of existing space
In a strategic effort to optimize its operations, Gear4Music partnered with BLS to expand its existing warehouse just outside of Stockholm. The result? A 1,100 square meter mezzanine that not only increases efficiency but also gives the company more room to grow.

Efficiency and increased capacity
With the need to expand the warehouse space, Gear4Music made a strategic choice to utilize the warehouse's high roof structure. Instead of extending the building, they opted for a mezzanine floor. This not only gives the company the extra space needed for growth but also optimizes the workflow. Thanks to a cleverly integrated slide, the flow of goods within the warehouse is now optimized, creating a more efficient logistics system.

Previous collaboration
BLS has previously delivered pallet racks with 15,000 pallet spaces to Gear4Music when they moved into the warehouse. The goal was to give the company a high level of flexibility and increased efficiency with the new solution in the premises. At the same time, the warehouse equpiment was delivered without interrupting the business, which required close contact and good cooperation between both parties.
