Nowaste Logistics' new terminal in Stigamo, outside Jönköping, required a flexible racking solution that could be quickly reconfigured. A short delivery time was also a requirement, which BLS was able to meet.
New building to support growth and efficient warehouse flows
Sesol has recently established its new headquarters and central warehouse along the E4 highway at Södra Stigamo in Vaggeryd municipality. The new property covers a total area of approximately 26,000 square meters, of which 14,500 square meters are dedicated to the central warehouse.
New facility and doubled storage space in Torsvik
With its new facility, Elgiganten Logistik has doubled its warehouse capacity in Torsvik. The new distribution centre is a unique construction, covering over 89,000 square metres and built entirely from glulam (glued laminated timber). We are proud to have delivered a bespoke storage solution from BLS, including warehouse fittings and racking systems for 25,000 pallet positions.

Racking solution for FREJA Transport & Logistics
FREJA Transport & Logistics strengthens its presence in Jönköping and the Swedish market by quadrupling its capacity in Torsvik. The new building, covering approximately 20,000 square metres, includes offices, warehouse space, and a cross-docking terminal. Due to its strategic location in Jönköping, FREJA has quick access to the E4, enabling short lead times across the Nordic region.
42,000 Pallet Racks for PostNord TPL
PostNord TPL has opened a new 63,000 square meter warehouse in Norrköping to meet increasing demand and expand its capacity. BLS AB has provided a customized storage solution with approximately 42,000 pallet racking spaces, tailored for different types of goods and specific customer needs. The warehouse, which also includes office spaces and offers flexibility and security, meets sprinkler requirements and maximizes storage area.

PostNord has established a new warehouse in southern Stigamo. The operation will be managed by PostNord and Husqvarna is the tenant who will use the warehouse. Södra Stigamo is strategically located along the E4 outside Jönköping/Vaggeryd and is currently ranked as one of Sweden's strongest logistics locations.
